Welcome to Millora. By downloading, accessing, or using the Millora application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Millora is designed to help you track routines and find a gentle rhythm for your family. It is not a medical device, and the information provided by the app does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

2. User Subscriptions

Millora operates on a subscription model for access to premium features, including the "Shared Journey" sync. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Millora only for its intended purpose. You must not use the service to upload or share any unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millora and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Millora after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
